[nycphp-talk] Zend Framework 0.1.5 - Scarce Hosting Support

NetworkRedux (http://www.networkredux.com) has PHP 5.1.4 support.  It
seems that they keep up with PHP/mySQL releases.

I've only been with them two days, so I can't really attest to their
quality but from what I've seen they've got their act together.  And
the people who referred me to them were enthusiastic about their
service.
