Tried that, the compliation doesn't pass, as expected. Where can I find
the internals list?

Have you tried modifying the configure script to add an exception for
your case and seeing what happens?  Its probably best to understand
*why* it does what it does, but its worth a shot.

You might try asking about this on the php internals list.
