[nycphp-talk] PHP Security or Windows Security or just Security?

Sometimes it is interesting to contrast reporting "styles" (sometimes 
called spin).

PHP is the problem:

most of us know that BUDGETS and MANAGERS are the real problem ;-)  but 
still, when a PHP app is loosly coded, or a script kiddie adopts a PHP 
app and fails to patch it, or a business operates non-securely such that 
phishing approach works really, really well, why blame "technology" ? 
Because it is so easy... a victimless crime :-)
