Hello,

PEAR DB is cool, and I know it's being phased out, but I am still
having issues with DSN quoting. A password like "ru2H=yE7u" simply
doesnt not seem to work for me. I am currently using MySQL 5. I
followed the quoting instructions in the docs concerning using URI hex
codings "ru2H%3dyE7u" but I still can't login. Anyone else ever have
any of these problems?
