As developers it's our responsibility to keep up with new technologies, 
techniques, and ideas. What sources do you find to be useful in the PHP 
community? Places where you see new techniques or ideas discussed and 
make you think, "Hey! That's pretty cool, I think I can use that somehow 
to make my life easier...."

For me, lists like this are a great place to get new ideas, as are 
places like del.icio.us (del.icio.us/popular/php).

What do you find to be most useful for staying on top of new developments?
