Kind of a vague question...

Recently I rewrote almost entirely http://viralvideos.com in about a
week ...  I didn't do the design, but I (re)did all the html, css, php
and javascript.  The only code left from the original version is a
little bit of screen scraping code and one or two short helper
functions.  Smarty + jQuery made life easy.
