seban,

i know there is a Yahoo! Address Book API released by Yahoo itself which
allows you to perform about 5,000 queries / day (i am not sure if this is
for each API key or not, it is a big difference)

i know that hypothetic.org (which seems not to be online right now) has
information about the MSN protocol and some links to bots / resources (this
will help if that protocol is up to date)

you can also take a look at this one: http://www.blobsy.org/Main/DOWNLOAD (i
am not sure how advanced is the development but the last time i tried it, i
could connect and add a module to it)

you should take into consideration to use cURL for this kind of
implementation but it seems like you need something more like a bot instead
of the mailing apis

best regards
fernando
