I have in my W2K3 with IIS 6 (port 80) + php5.1.2 + mysql5.5.1.a  and it
works.

I want to be able to use Apache with port 3333 with the same mysql so
I tried to set up a W2K3 + apache2.2 + php5.29 + mysql 5.5.1.a and
everything
works except that I am not able to access mysql.  Is there something that I
might
have skip.
