[nycphp-talk] PHP accelerator

I was reading about this and I can not use it.  I am using Thread safe  php
and apache
and the microsoft's windoww accelerator says:
*The Windows Cache Extension for PHP can only be used with the
non-thread-safe builds of PHP.*
