Sent privately.  I did have to download the client library, but I'm able to
connect to it.

Dan asked about what's in the log.  I don't have access to it, so I have to
wait till I can get downstairs and get with the admin and look through it
with him.

(On a side note, why are logs like that always read-protected?)
