I'm developing a simple web-based accounting system for my company and 
need a PHP programmer to write some simple form-based code.  I can write 
all the queries, etc., so there isn't really much to do with the database 
other than writing a few forms to insert data into a bunch of tables, and 
read from those tables and parse the output.
