Hi, everyone

I'm using 1.0.x. Two questions:

1. I have the mod_newsflash set to 5 items in section: newsflash;  
cat: newsflash. I get the same 5 items after each page refresh. I  
have 25 articles but it's always the same 5 in the same order.  
Nothing random.
2. How important is it to upgrade to Joomla 1. 5?
