What I need is a component that will allow the site to display the last 
10 uploads in two categories.

http://whisperingknoll.org/page/activities/newsletter

Phoca Downloads as far as I can tell only has a link to the 
section/category or you can manually list each file.

Each month they will upload, from the back end two file sin each.


What component will do this?
