If I understand correctly, there are multiple forms on a single page. 
The form elements have the same name on each form. What about the actual 
name of the form?

Couldn't you test which form is being submitted by the form name? Of 
course, that assumes they didn't name all the forms the same also. I may 
be way off track but, just a thought.
