Hi.

        Does anyone know what the _( construct (or is it an operator?)
does?  I see it in the Horde/IMP distribution, for example:

        $a = array (
                'name' => _("Web Mail")
        )


It doesn't appear to do anything except look suspicious.  Thanks
for any _('clues') about this thing.
