What is happening here is that NYPHP is having a "good problem" -- 
growing pains.   Some of the most memorable people in my life have been 
the truly gifted ones who have taken the time to help me with something 
I didn't understand -- and for the record, I'm 57 years old and have had 
plenty of help.

a list that is self-regulating (it's ok to simply ignore people who 
abuse it, etc) is the way to go IMHO
