This is what I use most of the time ... what I would do is position all the
graphics in the form of a template (borders, logos, etc) and use it as an
overlay to your dynamic content.

This package uses simple functions like AddPage(), Cell(), Line(), Image()
which helps precalculate X,Y's for the lazy :-)
