NYCPHP Meetup

As I'm learning how php works, I'm trying to set up Gallery on my host.  It
doesn't have some of the required binaries such as NETPBM.  All I can find
from the NetPBM site is either the source code or Redhat RPM's.  I'm not
sure how or if I can install this on my shared host.  Any suggestions?
