Wondering if anyone has used the SOAP extensions found in PHP5 or the
PEAR libraries to work with multipart SOAP messages
(http://www.w3.org/TR/SOAP-attachments)?
We are seeing if there are suitable PHP libraries or if we should go
with perl (i.e. SOAP::Lite).
