Lead developer for a small team responsible for building a web portal with
multiple knowledge discovery applications. Must be a strong PHP developer
and comfortable working with several technologies, including MySQL,
JavaScript, and AJAX. Must be dedicated to managing an agile release
process, and ready to work with a distributed development team.

Needed qualifications:

* Strong PHP and JavaScript experience
* Talented and productive Web developer
* Ability to design complete features and products, with opinions on design
and usability
* Ability to do research into tools and application frameworks
* Ability to qualify new team members
* Strong English language communication skills (oral and written)

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with CakePHP
* Experience leading a distributed team
* Experience with agile development processes
* Experience with Web service API's and XML

This is a telecommuting position and you can work from anywhere, but you
must be willing to travel to US or Netherlands for team/company meetings
