Subject: [joomla] why is drop down menu blocked in IE and ok in Firefox

Can someone look at this site http://tinyurl.com/27rgy92  in IE and tell my why the drop down menu is blocked (only in IE , it works fine in Firefox)and how to fix it? I have tried playing with the z-index of the menu bar/list but it seems to have no effect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
