[joomla] Developing Joomla websites using two screens. A way to automatically refresh the second screen?

If you're using a Mac, you can always use Spaces to "widen" your
screen. I find it very helpful.

And as for refreshing your screen, you can use a simple meta tag in
your head content in your index.php:

<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="5;URL=" />
