[joomla] Send registration email but without the password

Hi Bob,

If I recall correctly, you can remove the password from the registration
email by modifying the en-GB.com_user.ini language file. I don't recall if
there is a better way to do this in 1.5, but you can just edit that file,
or consider using something like
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/language-edition/13147.

Joomla 2.5 supports language overrides in the core.
