There's a couple pages online that describe how to do this - you need
access to the database, as you will basically be going in (probably through
cPanel / phpMyAdmin) and putting in a new password by hand.

If this doesn't do the trick, there may be something more complex going on,
like the user becoming not an admin any more... it's possible to fix, but
more involved.
