My experience in the past has been with Vignette as a content management solution for use especially with sites that need to deliver "human translation" multilingual content.  Does PHPNuke offer the same solution?  I have some .txt files that illustrate the concept of what I'm hoping PHPNuke can do, or anything PHP-based.
