Nothing is wrong with this picture, until his employer realizes that he does
not need the middleman and can outsource the work himself. Then of course
the company who hired this particular employer realizes the same holds true
for him. Why are they paying this employer when they can outsource the work
themselves. Before you know it, the only work left is work helping people
outsource, and eventually once everyone is in the outsourcing business, we
can all run around like real estate agents chasing what little action is
left.
