Microsoft's information (network) seems like it might be 
suffering from a propagation delay of about one year.

The PHP they seem to be talking about is what PHP looked like 
about 12-13 months ago.

I have read articles about PHP 5 that were no longer 
accurate after 2-3 weeks.

It is little wonder they want to compare the asp/net 
framework with last year's PHP -- look at what they 
want developers to use: Front Page 2003
