Hi all,

I'm working on a small project for my employer to collect data from clients. 
Although most of the fields are shared between all projects, there are 
slight variations (not every client has departments, or employee ids). To 
accomodate that, I need to be able to add/remove HTML fields on project 
basis. I would like NOT having to update both the HTML forms and php form 
handlers manually every time. Does anyone know of a barebone framework which 
will allow me to create such forms and form handlers? Or if you know of any 
resources which I can consult, that'll help.

I think I can figure it out on my own, but it'll take longer than the time I 
have been given.
