John,

Good suggestion.  I'll be glad to redo my comments so they fit within a
format accepted by the group.  Perhaps one way to start something like this
would be to outline 'chapters' of the discussion, particularly if we would
be dealing with practical examples.  I think it is wise to limit the
examples to an application such as a shopping cart because the subject would
be immense otherwise.
