Campfire is interesting in that you can post images/slides to the  
group so it would be a quick hack (or something to model off of).

There was a nice piece of software a few years back that gave Java  
presentations/webinars with a sandboxed console so you can play  
around in the shell @ the same time, no luck refinding it but thought  
that was a nice touch.
