[nycphp-talk] PHP IDE, Hudson, Netbeans

I use phpDesigner7. This IDE is excellent, has many features. And can be use
for writing java, C#, vb, or any kind of code, not particularly  used just
for php, as it names hints at.
But, it is not free, you will have to buy the license.
