I have downloaded php5 and in my programs I have a folder named php5 and in it is a php.ini. Should there be a executable program. If this is not typical, where may I download the software and what file should I expect?

I would like to begin with setting up a URL in php, but not sure how. Can I get help on this by someone please. Thank you, Carla
