[joomla] K2, still confused

Hmm, I've been stripping all the Joomfish code since I don't use it and it
confuses things.

But I think here you have a simple matter that most people who would use
Joomfish would normally have it installed first anyway, so no one ever
tested the inverse order. You should document this for them and post it to
the forums[do they have a wiki?]

At a guess, your running PHP version 5.3 and most code has been designed for
PHP 5.2 since 5.3 was initially a big eff up.

5.3 has finally reached a decent point of stability....but there are still a
lot of people like me who got burned with it initially and have to be
dragged kicking to start using it.   I''m finally at the point of installing
it by default and trying to master the new terminology.

To be honest, MyBlog seems a much better solution for blogging.

As for K2.....  it's like Sobi and all those other CCK's...  I think their
great for general needs, but they try to be too much for everyone and I'm
coming to feel that I just need to make my own CCK.
