I hate to thread-crap, but this last email really capped it for me :)

If someone on this list knows enough to run Linux and tune it, they also
know that they can buy something like this:

..and put in a $50 closeout drive, along with $20 stick of closeout RAM,
and end up with something faster, with more storage, and a longer shelf
life. And it also looks pretty good. And silent.

The bottom line is that your boxes are not worth $250. They are worth a
lot less, if anything at all.

As previously suggested: go to eBay and sell them to the
non-able-to-tune-linux suckers there. Enough of this. Thanks.
