Ah - Cpanel.  So you must be running exim for the MTA then...

In a shell run:
    exigrep emailthat at doesntwork.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
You'll hopefully find the log entries related to the emails that aren't going
through.  If it isn't readily apparent what the problem is, send along 1 or 2
sets of log entries for an email.

You can also run:
    exim -bp
... to see your the mail queue.  But that won't show you why they are sitting
in the queue.
