Jack is right.  Don't skip his advice.

No matter how much software you add it won't matter. Your mail
exchanger hostname needs to lookup forward AND reverse correctly in
DNS.

Tell your provider you need a pointer record to match your mail
exchange record.  (PTR for your MX)
