I would agree, but add that that's true for web DESIGNERs. No serious PHP 
/ Ruby / Java guys use Dreamweaver for writing CODE and web apps are more 
than just design.

Aj. (who gets tired tidying up the crazy psycho HTML indentation 
introduced whenever a designer touches a PHP template with DW :-)
